Pick a built-in template (Range Breakout, Liquidity Sweep with lines you draw on your chart, or the study templates based on publicly taught concepts), or describe your own rules in plain words. "Describe your own" gives you a prompt for any chatbot you like. The prompt tells the chatbot to ask you for every number and not to pick one. Chatbots can ignore that, so read the card. Mastbound Trader checks the result on your PC and shows a rules card: your rules as sentences, every number in bold, with points, ticks and dollars. Nothing runs until you approve the card.

Then choose your firm's preset, or "My firm isn't listed" and type your own numbers. Each built-in template stops at its own trades per day, stop and cut-off time, and closes the bot's position at your flatten time while a run is going (not after Stop or /pause). Home shows your room to each firm limit you typed. A template's orders are not checked against those firm limits one by one, and trades you place by hand are not guarded. Your firm's own dashboard and written rules always win.

Type how you trade, in plain words, inside Mastbound Trader, and answer the questions that come back. The model is instructed only to turn your own words into a rules card, and never to judge your strategy. It is instructed to ask you for every number and never to suggest a strategy, a setting or a number. Models don't always follow instructions: any number that isn't in your own messages is flagged for you to check, and nothing runs until you approve the card. Your messages are sent only after your consent on that screen, through our AI service to Anthropic's model, and each one counts against your plan's monthly AI allowance (coming soon). Nothing is saved until you confirm and approve the rules card, like every other rule in the app, and nothing trades until you start a run. Rather not use AI here? The "Describe your own" prompt above works with any chatbot and stays available.

A small add-on inside NinjaTrader 8, Order File Connector (listed as OrderFileConnector under Strategies). It sends price bars to Mastbound Trader and places each order through NinjaTrader's own order template, with its stop and target. NinjaTrader holds your account; Mastbound Trader never logs in to it. You compile it once, add it to an MNQ 1-minute chart and tick Enabled. The install steps.

Send alerts from an alert service you already use to Mastbound Trader on your PC by webhook. Check your alert service's terms: some license alerts for display only, and using them to place orders is your decision. Alerts are only logged until you arm them. For each armed alert source you choose what happens:

• Ask on my phone first In testing: the alert waits for your Take or Skip on your phone (NinjaTrader Sim101, with no strategy run going at the same time);
• Full auto: the alert's order goes to the practice account after the same checks.

When your rules find a setup, your phone shows the exact entry, stop and target with two buttons: Take or Skip. Take sends that entry only after fresh checks on your PC (the price is fresh, the account and the order haven't changed, nothing else is waiting). No answer in time means no trade.

• Works over Telegram (your own bot, your private chat) or Discord (your own bot, your server and channel). Only you can answer.
• Starts with MNQ on NinjaTrader's Sim101. Market Replay, other instruments and other accounts: Coming soon.
• A button can't start a run or raise the trading mode. That takes your PC.

/status, /pause and /flatten from Telegram or Discord. /flatten asks first, with a one-tap button that works once, then closes everything and cancels waiting orders. No limit, setting, approval or license problem can block it. A command that arrives more than 60 seconds late is ignored, and if NinjaTrader isn't answering, the reply tells you to close the trade in your broker's app.

Today you connect your own Discord bot (a few minutes, free). The official Mastbound Trader bot will let you click Connect Discord instead. It is built into the app but not switched on yet. When it is, every button press it forwards has to carry Discord's own signature, which your PC checks against the account ID you confirmed. Check that numeric ID in Discord when linking; display names can be copied. The signature checks protect the confirmed link, while service outages can still delay or prevent delivery.

Upload a recording of your own trading. The app samples frames on your PC; only when you ask it to analyze them, after your consent, are those frames and your words sent, through our AI service to Anthropic's model, and each round counts against your plan's monthly AI allowance (coming soon). Audio is never sent. It writes the rules it can see, asks about what it can't, and shows you the rules card to approve. It never decides for you, and nothing runs until you approve every rule. Every Take, Skip and missed answer is kept on your PC. Hypothetical estimates of what each would have done are not shown in this build. Your habits describes your own choices, for example when you tend to skip. It's descriptive only: it doesn't predict anything, and with few decisions any difference may be luck.
