This beta places orders only on NinjaTrader's practice accounts (Sim101 and Playback101). It does not connect to real or prop accounts. Live accounts are in testing; no date is promised. If Mastbound Trader won't install or connect on your PC and we can't fix it in one session, you get a full refund, whatever the date.

  • Replay: plays a past day through the same engine, with simulated fills: three practice days with made-up prices (clearly labelled; not market data), and the days your PC records from NinjaTrader (the last 30)
  • Your firm's limits on screen, measured on the practice account (not your real account)
  • Phone alerts and phone control in Discord or Telegram (/status, /pause, /flatten), and webhook alerts from an alert service you use, on the practice account
  • No AI drafting: write your rules yourself, or use Copy prompt with any AI chat

  • No refunds, except one: if Mastbound Trader won't install or connect on your PC and we can't fix it in one support session, you get a full refund of your most recent payment, whatever the date.   • Group setup sessions: live video calls where you set up Mastbound Trader with us, technical help only (you type every number yourself). We run them weekly; a seat in a particular session isn't promised.
  • Your license: one license key, for you, on 2 computers at a time. Mastbound Trader activates it with our license server and checks in about once a week; it keeps working offline for 14 days after the last check-in. A license problem never stops Flatten & stop, your exits or a session that's already running (Terms, section 10A).

Questions about paying

What exactly am I paying for during the beta?

Honestly: during the beta, Mastbound Trader places orders only on NinjaTrader's practice accounts, and everything that runs on them is in the free download, phone control and webhook alerts included. Pro is for prop accounts (with phone control and webhook alerts on them) and AI drafting (Coming soon): both come with Pro at the same price once each is switched on, and no date is promised for either. Operator adds a setup call, a bigger monthly AI allowance (Coming soon) and priority support. If prop accounts or AI drafting are the reason you'd buy, reserve now and decide when they're ready.

Why practice accounts only?

Placing orders on real money or on a prop account needs more testing, safety checks that work even when your PC goes quiet, and written answers from firms. We won't rush that, and we won't promise a date.

How many computers? What if I change PCs?

One license works on 2 computers at a time with Pro and 3 with Operator. Changing PCs: on the old one, open the License screen and choose Move to another computer, then enter your key on the new one. If the old PC is gone, email us and we free it. Mastbound Trader checks your license with our server about once a week and keeps working offline for 14 days after the last check-in. Whatever happens to a license, it never stops Flatten & stop, your exits or a session that's already running. Details: Terms, section 10A and Privacy Notice, section 3.2.

Can the price change?

If the price of your plan changes, we email you 7 to 30 days before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does. The founding price is the exception: the first 50 paying members keep $199 (Pro) or $349 (Operator) a month as long as they stay subscribed.

Can I buy from outside the United States?

Not during the beta. We sell only to customers in the United States for now, so please don't subscribe with a billing address outside the United States. If such a subscription goes through, we cancel it: no further charges.

Are prices in US dollars? What about tax?

Yes, US dollars. Prices don't include any sales tax that applies where you live; checkout shows the total before you pay.

How do I cancel?

Online, any time, at [CUSTOMER PORTAL URL], without talking to anyone, or by email. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, then your license moves to the free plan. There are no refunds, except when Mastbound Trader won't install or connect and one support session can't fix it: see refunds and cancellation.
